Description:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and work closely with data engineers and developers to implement data solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting stakeholder interviews.
- Performing data analysis and process mapping.
- Preparing business cases and requirements documentation.

Status: Full-time (Contracted)
Compensation: Salary for this position is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, expertise, and qualifications.


Required Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of business analysis experience, preferably in data and analytics or consulting.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Ability to utilize various techniques to gather, track, and analyze requirements.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies (a plus).
  • Documentation Skills:
    • Produce project documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, key operating procedures, and Visio workflows.
    • Analyze and review deliverables such as business user requirements, design documentation, test plans, and risk assessment plans to ensure requirements are met.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
