Knowledge Services is actively seeking a Product Manager for a contract-to-hire client opening in Indianapolis, IN. Applicants must be able to work in a hybrid work schedule of 2-days onsite (Tues and Wed) each week in downtown Indianapolis. Parking is provided!

Product Manager/Product Owner Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and roadmaps. • Understand market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy. • Participate in long-range strategic planning process. • Establish tools, process and templates for driving product management activities • Elicit and document product requirements from cross-functional teams, users, and stakeholders. • Prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility. • Develop Epics, features and user stories for the product backlog. • Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and adjust plans as needed. • Participate in scrum development process to drive completion of planned roadmap. • Advocate for the end user by understanding their pain points, conducting user research, and gathering feedback. • Continuously improve the user experience and drive product enhancements. • Analyze product metrics, user behavior, and market data to make informed decisions. • Use A/B testing and other methods to validate hypotheses and optimize features. • Effectively communicate product vision, requirements, and progress to cross-functional teams. • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to align efforts.

Product Manager/Product Owner Requirements: • 4-7 years of a successful track record in product management of web-based software products. • Undergraduate or graduate degree holder. MBA a plus. • Thorough understanding of Product management discipline and best practices. • Product Management certifications are a plus (e.g. CSPO, PDMA, Pragmatic Marketing or equivalent) • Familiarity with modern web-based software development practices and agile methodologies. • Experience delivering digital solutions in cloud-based platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Experience with Jira or similar issue tracking systems. • Proficient in story telling using data. • Demonstrate ethical handling of confidential information.
